What is your return policy?
All products can be returned with a proof of purchase within a 14-day trial period, starting from the day you receive the order. No reason is needed when returning a product within this trial period and you will receive a full refund of the purchased product. Please use the revocation form to return your product. You can download the revocation form here.
All products must be returned unworn and unused, in the exact same condition as it was received and in its original packaging. Upon receipt of your return we will carefully inspect the product for any wear and tear, damages and whether any accessories that belong to the product are missing. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for further instructions on how to process your return.
After we have received and inspected a returned product, we will issue a refund for the amount as stated on the original order confirmation within 15 business days. When possible, we will issue the refund to the same account that was used for the payment.
Are there costs involved when returning a product?
Please note that you are responsible for paying any fees (shipping, duties, and taxes) associated with returning a product and that these fees will not be refunded. We cannot accept returns for which we have to pay any duties or taxes upon receipt. We recommend you to choose a secure shipment method as the return shipment is at your own risk and we cannot be held liable for any lost products.
How can I exchange my product?
Unfortunately, due to logistics we are currently not able to directly ship you a different product in case you are looking to exchange the original product. If you would like to exchange your product please follow the return process as described above. Once we have received your return we will issue a refund by the original payment method for the amount as stated on the original order confirmation. Once you have received the refund you can order a different product.
Has my return been received?
You will receive a confirmation email with the details of the product that you returned as soon as we have received it. Please note that this can take up to 7 business days depending on the country from where it is being shipped. In all cases we advise you to return a product by insured shipment and in sealed packaging. By doing so you will be able to hold the carrier liable in case an insured return shipment goes missing, gets damaged or in case the reception of a return shipment is denied. Please always keep the receipt that you receive when returning the product as this contains the tracking information of the shipment and will be your proof that you have returned the product.
I have received a damaged or faulty product
In case you have received a faulty or damaged product, please contact us at email@example.com at your earliest convenience and within 24 hours from receiving the product(s). We kindly ask you to use the revocation form when returning a damaged or faulty product and indicate what the damages are. If, after inspection, it appears that the product is indeed damaged or faulty and not caused by the customer, we will send back a replacement as soon as possible and pay for the shipping fees. Please make sure you hold onto your receipt indicating the costs of returning a product, as you will only be reimbursed for the return costs with this receipt.
I have received the wrong product
Oops. Something must have gone wrong when picking your order. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org at your earliest convenience and within 24 hours from receiving the wrong product(s). We kindly ask you to use the revocation form when returning a wrong product and indicate which product you originally ordered. We will send back the correct product as soon as possible and pay for the shipping fees. Please make sure you hold onto your receipt indicating the costs of returning a product, as you will only be reimbursed for the return costs with this receipt.
